The Competition starting the 1st of June 2008 and ending 31st of May 2009, is open to all ADULTS, KITTENS and NEUTERS.  Club Members may enter as many Cats as they wish during the Competition year.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETITION RULES;

To enter the Competition all owners MUST be Club Members, entries will not be accepted until Membership has been granted by the Committee.  Club Members please ensure that your subscriptions are paid up or this may result in your entry not being accepted or disqualification from the Competition.

Entry will cost £3.00 per cat.

Results must be sent in on a regular basis i.e. to reach Jenny by the start of September, December, March and June in each Competition year.  A total of points gained over a longer period will not be accepted, only points gained in the current quarter will be included. Any points already accumulated will not count if there is a change of ownership.   But the new owners if not already Club Members, may join the Club and re-enter the Cat.

2. Semi Longhair Best Semi Longhair
3. British Best British
4. Foreign Best Foreign
5. Burmese Best Burmese
6. Oriental Best Oriental
7. Siamese & Balinese Best Siamese & Balinese
8. Assessment Best Assessment
9. Household Pets Best Household Pet

The cat or kitten with the most points will be declared the Best Overall Cat.

All section winners will receive personalised rosettes and a shield (returnable). The Best Overall Cat will receive in addition a free entry into the Wiltshire & District Cat Club Show, a bottle of Champagne and a trophy.

Please send your entry form and fees to JENNY HARRISON at the above address.  Entry forms may be photocopied or further supplies can be obtained from Jenny.  Please enclose stamped self addressed envelope.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Entry forms may be obtained by clicking here and printing off a form for each cat entered. Entry forms may be photocopied or supplies obtained from Jenny if you enclose a sae.
2. Points gained during the Competition year will be accumulated regardless of a cat's changed status ie. Kitten to Adult, Kitten to Neuter, Adult to Neuter.
3. Please claim points in accordance with the tables on the Points Scoring Page. You may wish to print off a copy for ease of reference.
4. Please send your completed entry form(s) and any fees due to Jenny at the above address. Results must be sent in on a regular basis ie. to reach Jenny by the 14th of September, December, March and June in each Competition Year. Returns made after the due date will not be accepted; a total of points gained over a longer period than a quarter will not be accepted, i.e. only points gained in the current quarter will be included.

N.B.  If your cat is entered in either the UK Grand, Imperial, or Grand and the Open Class, only one set of points may be claimed, either the UK Grand, Imperial, Grand , or the Open Class.
